shareI do not think Gavin will show up on Season 5.......We are still waiting on the date that Canada will showed Season 5.....They said it would be announce in January 2017...I don't think Season 5 will start on January 8, 2017.....

I read in one interview that we will see at least one 'old face', so who knows who will show up.

'I can tell you that a couple of much-loved doctors will be coming back for a visit.'
So maybe Gavin will make an appearance, you never know.

For those of us in the US how long will it be before we get to see season 5? I do hope they wrap things up nicely (I hate it when shows end & they leave you hanging), but it looks like they have enough time to end with closure.
For some reason I thought season 5 had already aired in Canada.
Not to spoil end of season 4, but I thought there was another episode after that & then a season 5 & maybe 6, but I guess I was wrong. I only got to see the season 4 finale once and am coming up on them airing it again. So I'm assuming we here in the US won't get to see season 5 until Canada has? or will they end up sharing and show both in Canada & US at same time?
Really don't know...CTV hasn't even announced when Season 5 will start in Canada, though it should be this month or next.
NBC got to air episodes the same time as Canada way back in Season 1, so I don't know if ION can do the same thing or if they have to wait a certain amount of time. They would have to change their schedule if they aired it along with Canada; certainly couldn't air two episodes at a time.

Canada - Season 5 will shown on March 12, 2017 at 10/9 c on the CTV Channel...Not on the ION Channel (USA). We have to wait and see when the ION Channel (USA) is going show Season 5.....

shareSo ION has switched from Tuesdays to Wednesdays. I wonder if they will continue to rerun them on Fridays.

ION currently shows them on Tuesdays at 11pm and Wednesdays at 12am, so it sounds like the Tuesday 11pm ep will be a rerun (maybe just the previous weeks') and the Wednesday midnight will be the new one.
At least I think that's what ION means...12am ET and 11pm CT.
And they have currently moved the Friday reshowings to Saturday nights at 11pm.
