President Snow Prequel?

Anyone think a prequel about President Snow's rise to power could be good?

My idea is a teenaged Snow falls in love with a girl from one of the districts. She has a boyfriend, but Snow gets a job as a gamemaker and rigs the drawing so the boyfriend gets reaped. To his shock, the girl he loves is reaped as well.

Snow tries to rig the game itself to make sure the girl he loves is the victor. He fails, and the guy he was trying to get killed wins instead. During the victory tour, the victor sneaks a bomb into the presidential palace and sets it off, and kills the president and most of the senate/congress.

Snow kills the victor personally, and with no witnesses, Snow also kills the surviving members of congress. Then Snow becomes president.

It's unlikely that studios will make another Hunger Games movie unless Collins is involved in it. This may even be a legal restriction.

There is a site called fanfiction where people can post ideas like this. Sounds interesting. Some people even make fanfiction videos.
