Catching fire

At no one in the film does Katniss even try to catch a fire.

So what's with the title.

reply

It's an English idiom meaning "starting to burn" and it is a metaphor for the revolution.

reply

Was the revolution supposed to set itself on fire?

reply

The metaphor is not that specific as to causes. If you light something with a match, it still can be said to "catch fire".

reply

So the revolution is about playing with matches?

reply

Please look up what "metaphor" means.

reply

You're such a literalist, when someone tells you to "hop to it," do you jump around on one foot?

BR2 Requiem is a stupid title ( A requiem is a Catholic funeral ceremony that would mean nothing in Japan. Maybe the producer thought it sounded cool) Why would anybody want to use it?
