I was able to get a region 1 dvd version through Amazon Canada. It had English, dubbed in French and English w/ French subtitles on it. No extra features.

The German BLURAY is excellent no extras but excellent.
If you select the English soundtrack you also get English subtitles on the Polish dialogue.
