Not Croft.

Is the answer.

Where I come from he'd be banned from keeping animals for life.

I think Romania is part of the EU now. I think there's laws to prevent that kind of thing from going on there.

Not that we'll know for long!

reply

Like the new season of Dr.Who, I don't think it'll ever happen!

reply

Doctor Who will happen, we'll leave the EU, the UK will break up into its constituent nations and Croft's dog will still be dead.

reply

Were you able to vote in the Scottish referendum?
I think it will be a shame if the nations separate. Except for the Welsh, they can fuck off.

reply

I've not been resident enough in Scotland to have a say in its referendum (Glad to say too! What a polarising issue it has been between friends and family alike!).

I think we're better together, but the Welsh can at least sing a bit more to pay for their supper!

reply

I can imagine, the whole EU referendum was pretty much an uncomfortable feeling when I lived in Kent.

At least if you didn't get to vote you can just stay out of it!

And I'm much happier for it!

I think I did a short spell in Kent around the time of the Brexit referendum.

Who knows, we could have bumped into each other without knowing it.

reply

Possible I suppose, you might have had that pint with AJ at his mansion in the country too!

reply

Nah, I did message him though but it all came to nothing. I didn't know he was in Kent though, I was thinking about that jellied eel place he was on about on the South Bank of central London.

Kent's pretty big. I only lived in Rochester for a few weeks and so didn't get out to see much of it (Apart from Dover of course!).

He had two places apparently, one in London, one near Maidstone, which was about half hour from my place. He suggested a meet but got the arse when I said no!
I didn't think you would ever meet with anyone from t'internet, I'm surprised.

reply

I wouldn't normally but James seemed to be right on the edge of curiosity and I'd like to have seen him up close and in person.

I'd have had a decoy for him to meet with, of course, I just wanted to see what he looked like and acted in real life with an Internet stranger he had conversed with.

I don't advise anyone to talk with strangers or get into their cars and yet here we are in a time of Tinder and Uber - who knows what people do these days.
