Gabriella Wilde's acting wasn't a huge departure from Amy Irving's acting in the original
Carrie. I think Gabriella acts as if she belongs in a better film, which I believe she does belong
in a superior movie. I could see Gabriella in a sci-fi film.

Gabriella is waaaaaaay better than Amy Irving.

Um no. Amy was ambiguous in her performance until the very end with the dream sequence. Gabriella is fine but nowhere as good.

Agree. Anybody could of done Gabriella's performance.

This. I like the ambiguity that Irving had. It gave the performance more depth and weight.

I liked her a lot as Sue. I think Gabriella has potential, I've seen some of her other work - I haven't yet watched Poldark.
