Just because you have sex with a lot of partners, it doesn't mean that it's impossible to keep yourself reasonably clean, during intervals... If the particular lady looked like Stacy Martin, I'd take my chances!

Sperm can live inside a vagina for several days, even with decent cleanliness. I'm not sure a sex addict would be performing half a dozen thorough cleanings a day.

Given that fact, you run the risk of ingesting some every time you perform cunnilingus - either your own, or somebody else's - whether you only perform it once, or ten times a day...
People overly concerned about hygiene beyond a reasonable standard should just not have sex... Sex involves bodily fluid. So long as somebody's made a decent effort, and I can't actually TASTE sperm, who the hell cares if samples can live inside a vagina, when it isn't actually affecting me?!
