type movies trying to scare and brainwash parents?

is it also one of those movies that promote filing mass lawsuits if someone calls you a name?

Um... no. I don't think that was the point of the movie. I think it was more trying to promote awareness of cyber bullying and ideas of how to deal with it. Or at least, to help those facing it.
