I thought she was an android, and now I feel dumb. Didn't realize the movie was more grounded in reality, a pleasant surprise though, I usually figure out twists early on which isn't as fun ...that moment when he was hiding and she hurt her foot and started sucking her toe I was soo sure she was going to start doing some weird robot stuff lol

I'm glad I wasn't alone here. The movie definitely sets up the android stuff on purpose as a red herring.

shareI thought that the real Claire was an automaton, the kind that had been discussed as being able to answer correctly, any question asked. At one point, she is talking and making gestures with her arms and hands that we had just seen the re-assembled automaton make, and I kept wondering "when is this idiot (Virgil) going to get it?"

Thought the whole movie would have been more interesting if it had a science fiction twist like ""Abre Los Ojos".
