Supposedly, Kiefer Sutherland says a line from Jurassic Park. What is it?

It's a riff on the "Mr. Hammond, after careful consideration, I've decided not to endorse your park." Kiefer Sutherland says it right before the big blow.

Yeah, it's something along the lines of "After consideration, I've decided not to invest in your little city."
