You've watched too many 80's movies in real life no special forces members looks like Arnold schwarzenegger they look more like kit Harington and Russel crow in gladiator, average build and toned. I thought it was ridiculous so many of them where massive when they hardly got any food they should all be slim.
The girl looked about 12 they probably should have got someone else but still good movie.

It just looks rather comical on occasion, seeing "the invincible Milo" standing up next to a bunch of these other guys and he looks tiny in comparison. Smaller guys can be lighter on their feet - and that extra speed can help with fighting. Besides, he had those fight scenes with Kiefer Sutherland, who, according to Freddie Prinze Jr., is sensitive about his own diminutive stature.
