Kiefer Sutherland? Really?!

Always nice seeing Jessica Lucas though..

Kiefer was a horrible choice for this movie. They didn't did not even bother to change his haircut. Didn't know edging sheers existed back then.

Yes Kiefer was bad but did you see the lead actor? This midget is meant to be some great gladiator... please

I agree. I thought that Browning was a bad choice as well. I really don't see her as an alluring female lead. Just my opinion but I was disappointed in this movie all around on top of the weird casting. It's like Spartacus and titanic. I'm assuming someone thought this was a great idea on paper but man did it suck on screen.

Being a largely Canadian production, possibly his Canadian background had a bit to do with his casting. I agree that it wasn't necessarily Kiefer's finest dramatic role.🐭

They should have used only dark haired people and Hispanics for this.
