The cops couldn't find
a bright yellow sports car(Mustang?)stolen by a next door neighbor? Even when a cop questions them when they are sleeping in the car? Nobody reported it?
Yeah, that got me too. Why choose a car that attracts attention. Get a silver Ford Focus if you want to go incognito. Then, there are several scenes where the two killers just shoot and kill and get away slowly, not really caring if anybody saw them. They shot that Bill O'Reilly want to be on a jogging trail in the park. Even had a conversation with him before he died. I would've suspected more people be on the trail and some shooting footage with their phones.
Even though Frank changed the license plate on the car, the cop should have checked the VIN to verify the true owner.
Not mention that Chloe's parents have no police protection on the very day that their high profile daughter is cold bloodedly murered in broad daylight outside of her school. That place would have been like a fortress.
shareshould have.. but didn't. He also got called away. He was on his radio and he just thought maybe that he was being nice and letting it slide. Not like he really had much to bust him on anyway aside from "sleeping on the side of the road". In retrospect had he arrested them it would have been a great get. But as it was, it sounded and looked harmless. I doubt most cops would have done much more than the one that did pull them over.
