Still looking for a viable Unified Penguin Continuity Theory to bridge the Movies to the TV Show. Any ideas out there?

In one of their missions, The penguins are taken to the zoo again, but this time they prefer to stay and make the zoo their barrack; taking inspiration from the team that was in this movie (I don't remember the name haha). Adter that, Julien gets in the Zoo too.
