Has anyone tried to start this war yet?! Marvel and DC, Star Wars and Star Trek, now the Minions and Penguins. I'm leanin for a better Minions office but yo no soy. I just wanted to see wassup.

I am going to say Minions because I mostly can't stand the Madagascar franchise.

good enough reason for me. I've only seen the first madagascar but saw both Despicables in theater so I'm with the minions too.

Question: If you don't like the Madagascar franchise, why do you peruse and post in the board for one of the franchise's movies? What is the point?

Because I am an animation fan. I check out the boards to all animated movies that come out. At least I am not starting threads called "madagascar sux big ones" or anything like that.

Penguins for me. They're much more pleasant to look at and they're crazy plans that somehow always work keeps me laughing. Plus, penguins are one of my favorite animals.
The minions however annoy me a lot. They were alright at first, but their constant gibberish drives me crazy because I can't stand not understanding a character and having hundreds like that that take up almost half the screen time...Gah!

PENGUINS ALL THE WAYYYYYY...
Minions were cute only, they never made me laugh moreover they can't speak so they kinda annoy me but penguins damnnnn... Penguins are smart cute hilarious, I would love to watch them again

'Despicable Me' movies are boring excluding Minions, but liked 'Megamind'. Same goes to 'Madagascar' except crazy-awesome Penguins, but much better movies than than 'Despicable Me'. So I pick PENGUINS for sure.

Hands down...Penguins. I can watch the series for hours, including the Movie "Penguins of Madagascar" (2014) but I cannot imagine watching hours and hours of the Minions. I mean a few short films in a row is fine but Minions are better in small doses.
