Bartman's a class act
It's clear that Bartman could have turned this tragedy into dollar signs, but he hasn't. He's a loyal Cubs fan and does not want to give the impression that he's turning the Cubs' misfortune into a financial opportunity, something I think most fans probably would have done.
On a side note...
I'm not a Cubs fan (though I used to live in Wrigleville), but I remember the game well. I was actually rooting against the Cubs because I can't stand Dusty Baker. I'm a die-hard Giants fan, and I was still blaming Dusty for losing the 2002 World Series for the Giants. He always stuck with pitchers way too long. Mark Prior in Game 6 is a prime example.
