This is a solid Drama in the vein of All The President's Men
The only thing that takes me out of the movie every time I watch it is Ruffalo's ridiculously affected accent/voice or whatever it was
I guess he was probably trying to imitate the real life guy, but every other actor is just being themselves
He was depicting this guy.

Mike Rezendes
Ruffalo's acting is ok but some of his lines are superficial.
If you listen to Rezendes you see how he is an activist journalist and Ruffalo depicts that.
Ruffalo often bugs me with his quirky way of speaking and odd head movements. I was recently curious enough to google "what is wrong with mark ruffalo's mouth" and actually it turns out years ago he had surgery to remove a tumor near his ear, and unfortunately it did some damage to nerves in his face/head.
