OMG! the ending! [Spoilers]
She's finally free and risks her life and freedom to get her stupid diary?!
Is this some kind of statement about not letting go, being a hoarder? lol

What boggles my mind more than anything is, how did he restrain her all the way down that ladder without dropping her 45 feet onto concrete lol
shareHahaha. I was wondering the same thing. Did she just give up? It makes no sense.
shareLike all she had to do was slam the grate on the dude and when CSI and the Feds showed up, she'd get the dumb diary back after it clears evidence. She probably wanted to stay and get her yap stapled shut. Her poor fiancé really lucked out because she was insecure, suspicious, neurotic; and her inability to read numbers got how many people killed or human centipeded? She's terrible. No wonder she died in Ryan Atwood's arms and he is now happily off having babies with Inara from Firefly.
Let's see who takes the bait.
Decent B movie. But c'mon. Such a dumb ending. I really wanted her and the other guy to make it. I doubt this will have a sequel made either.
shareWell, Barton describes the plot as being about her going there to get it, which you figure out when hamster-clerk reads from it, but this could have been a real "Aha!!" twist in the hands of better filmmakers. (Who might even have let us in on the whole point of the stapled-up prisoners.)
But yes, stupid ending! Just yank your hand away already! The fact that *no one* could seem to overpower that guy was pretty humorous, actually.
