NO-ONE was looking for the victims? (and other questions .... )

All these people are disappearing and no-one is looking for them? None of the victims happened to mention to a friend or relative beforehand that they were visiting their storage unit? There is no police investigation into the disappearances, and no-one is able to connect the fact that the missing people all have this particular storage unit in common?

Also, you're trying to tell me that nobody was able to work those staples out of their face? How deep could they possibly be?

How did the skinny guy escape from his "cell"? Why didn't he let the others out? And there was an open room right across the hall with pliers and so forth - he at least could have removed his staples.

How come none of the other employees in the storage unit found the place where the victims were being kept? There was nothing to stop the prisoners from making a helluva lot of noise, even if they did have stapled mouths.

Too many dumb loopholes for my taste.
