Surely the start and end times on the DVD discs would be based on the settings of the DVD recorder and not the clock on the wall next to the Front Desk?
Most likely. Also, the camera probably has its own clock that would be displayed on the screen, although that clock can be inaccurate if it's not synchronized with a computer or other reference clock.
