S4 Ep 8 aired in Australia before?

I've just watched Season 4 Episode 8 (death in a jail) on Australian TV (ABC). Last week I watched Episode 7 etc etc. However I watched Ep 8 with a great sense of deja vu. I knew exactly who did it, how and why. I had also seen Mr Goodman Snr before even tho IMBD shows James Fox as only being in this one episode.
Is the ABC stuffing us around or am I going mad?
If they did show this episode out of order, how come the new cast members are in it?

I know someone Down Under and she reassures me that the ABC have screened season 4 in correct order, and that episode 8 of season 4 (the one where an accused is shot dead in a prison cell, and where Goodman's father turns up) is shown in correct order.
