Has anyone heard when the newest season will play here?

BHW: does it play on PBS? I've only been watching on Netflix which has up to season 4 available.

It doesn't play on PBS per se, but it's offered for syndication to public TV stations in the U.S., so some of them buy it. As you've already mentioned to me in private mail, KQED Plus will start Season 5 in the Bay Area on May 25th.

p.s. I really like "The Doctor Blake Mysteries." I was bummed when I missed the first few episodes of the most recent season on KQED+ because I hadn't noticed that they were starting up new episodes, but I'm sure they'll run them again sometime.

They're airing season 4 now on Netflix

It's on now on PBS in Chicago. I'm assuming it's S5 premiere.

Netflix has season 5 on DVD but not streaming. I'm half way through it.
