I only saw the first film, but that was more than enough. I can't believe someone in my workplace recommended this to me, he must've been a right sicko!

He was watching t.v. with his friend, until he saw a rapist on t.v. He thought, would it not be cool if the rapist was sewed onto the behind of a truck driver? Then after thinking it, he actually went to a doctor to confirm if this theory worked. Additionally, reading books on Nazis, also added onto the idea of experimentation.
