(not watched) this is a movie in a mvie in a movie?

i was looking at trailer and i saw them show both hc 1 and 2 but how is that possiable since hc 2 shows hc 1 and has the actoriss from hc 1 playing herself so how dose that work
is thisa movie in a movie in a movie? or hc take place outside the movie?

It takes place outside of both films. It's supposed to be a world where both first films are literally just that - films . They watch them on DVDs

Yes. In second movie first movie was film too.

(update) when watching it from the start they did a movie in a movie in a movie and the guy who played the doctor called the movie bad
