This is supposed to set to come out this year? What happened to this project?

Both Franco and Rogen both talked about this project on the Howard Stern Show in December 2014. 8 months later, and literally nothing new has come to light.
I wonder if this might just be scrapped, or if they are looking for a new distribution company.
