Probably should've went the more obvious route.

Don't get me wrong, I totally knew this wasn't not going to be "John Matrix Vs. The Night of the Living Dead", but honestly, it could've used a bit more carnage to pump up the energy a little.

Seeing Arnold go for a more low key performance was interesting, but IMO it would've been a bit more enjoyable if the first half was a bit like the original Dawn of the Dead in that we see Arnie looking for his daughter while ripping through hordes of zombie in the first half, only to then slow down to what the film actually is once he found her, infected with the disease.

An noble attempt on everyone's part, but not quite a successful one if you ask me.
