Entertaining and well acted

This is a longer movie and mostly dialogue-driven. But it was entertaining and well acted. The story itself is a fascinating recounting of an espionage thriller that is almost preposterous and yet true. The writing was incredible and the props, dress, and military equipment and conduct appeared very authentic. The characters were three dimensional and it was interesting to watch the unfolding motives, strengths, and weaknesses of each - including the women - over the course of the story. Jason Isaacs was fantastic in the somewhat villainous role which he was able to play as a redeemed and understandable character; not an easy task for an actor.
