Xever/Fishface was based on Jim Kelly.

Hun was based on Bruce Lee.

Hamato Yoshi and Oroku Saki were based on Sonny Chiba.

So which mutant would be based on Jackie Chan?

Probably a typical American who only knows Jackie Chan as Chris Tucker's buddy. It's like only knowing Bruce Lee as Van Williams' sidekick.
