S4E3: Casey's last wish wasn't very smart.
He should've wished for the Triceratons to change their minds about destroying Earth. That way, they would've never had to travel across space to begin with.

shareWith the time travel thing, they'll achieve the same result of saving Earth from the Triceratons. But they'll still have the memories (most of them) of their zany adventures in space.
Thit and thpin!
Right, but they're not even sure if they can save Earth. The wish would've solved that problem immediately.
shareHe should have wished that the writers didn't completely mess up the cool character that was Wyrm.
shareAgreed
shareCasey's last wish restored all the planets that Wyrm had destroyed after he was freed. And besides, in his now presumably infinite knowledge, Casey was probably able to foresee several different possible scenarios of how they can save everything and everyone they love: Earth, Master Splinter and possibly even Karai, plus it now effectively prolongs their space adventure. So, all of this concidered, had I been in Casey's shoes, I would have made the same wish.
shareCasey erased all his infinite knowledge when he made the last wish. Their space adventure puts everything at risk given all that has happened so far, like planets being destroyed. The wish I suggested would've prevented the destruction of all those planets to begin with and solved everything else in an instant.
shareThat is true, but it would also have erased one of three story archs that I as a fan of the original Mirage comics have been looking forward to seeing in this series, and I'm sure I'm not alone there. So far they have covered Northampton and now Turtles In Space, the only one left is City At War which they are hopefully saving for the grand finale. Keep your fingers crossed. Besides, wishing the whole thing away would take all the fun out of it. We want to see the Triceratons get their tails kicked for what they did, simply wishing it away would be to easy, especially for those alien fossil freaks. Plus, imagine how many other planets and races would be saved from suffering the same fate as Earth once the Triceratons are stopped. Trust me, Casey's wish was worth it.
shareOr the episode itself could've been written better to avoid such an oversight. Like not giving Casey infinite knowledge in the first place.
As for saving other worlds from the Triceratons, the wish could easily be revised to completely stop their destructive ways once and for all.
