This is a quote from the Joker in TDK, not Batman. Although it's from a Batman movie, it's not a motivational/inspirational quote, if you remember the scene where it is used.

Yea, I remember the scene in TDK, but we can see this quote "If you're good at something, never do it for free." in a positive/inspirational way:
i) If you are good at something - more understand about what we are good at and appreciate its value, better use of what we are good at and contribute to the society.
ii) Never do it for free - make sure you do it with "value exchange" for what you are good at. Not necessarily just for money, it can be just helping someone or own happiness, or anything you see as equivalent value.
