Missed the first few minutes...
...i tuned in at 8 when they were in the process of making their scones and lemon tarts.
Did i miss much at the beginning?

For their first bake, they did Danish pastries (some fancy name that I can't remember or spell) and they all had some issues. The pressure was obviously getting to all of them.
According to the cable grid for my area, the show will be re-airing in the wee small hours of Thursday night/Friday morning (3 AM EST) but it will only be the usual hour-long show this time... thankfully no pledge drive!! I'm going to re-record it to get a clean version of it. But I imagine the episode will be posted to YouTube before then anyway since everything ends up on YouTube (I love that site).
