Good idea but poorly produced

I thought from the opening scene I was going to like the film and the first 5 minutes gave a good feel but from then on the film hit wooden acting and dialog. The story felt very aimless and did not seem to have any real direction. The most annoying thing was the cliches; the Germans depicted as strict emotionless introverts, The English and sarcastic stiff assed know it alls and the Norwegians as heartless mountain men.
This film could have been a gem!!!!... instead just fool's gold.

I agree.

It had a great premise. And the money they saved on action and CGI they could've bought better actors and a better script.

How many times did Ron Weasley provoke the Germans? He should've been shot at 5 different times. Why did the British officer instruct Weasley to be disruptive while he himself was fully cooperative-- didn't Weasley think to say "You be disruptive, sir."

Also, if you're going to be rebellious, you'd do it covertly. You wouldn't constantly be obnoxious. If you're planning to reverse the situation, the last thing you want to do is get the Germans on alert. You'd be completely agreeable-- until you had their Lugers and you could then dictate their actions.
