Any word of an official renewal for a fourth season?

According to this website http://www.ismyshowcancelled.com/show/2011/paranormal-witness/ it says 2011 to present. Guess it's not cancelled? I have no idea. According to Wikipedia the past premier episodes have been September, August and June, so maybe season 4 will debut around the summertime.

shareI can't find anything, I spent about 30 minutes looking but found nothing. I'm not sure what they're going to do with this show. Fake or not it was pretty entertaining most times.
shareI'm starting to worry it is cancelled. The show had about 1 million viewers per episode. My understanding is that isn't a super high number as far as ratings.
However I have looked at other shows I like on basic cable (Louie, Legit, etc) and they usually only get half a million or less. So this show seems like it got a good audience, even if a million isn't an extremely high number.
There is no start/air date for season 4 as far as I can tell but it does seem that they are in production for season 4 because they asked on their Facebook page on March 24th for people to tell their stories for potential future episodes. So that gives me some hope that they are coming back! They must just be gathering stories/filming, etc. I assume they will come back for summer. Let's hope! I enjoy the show.

Seems like Season 4 has been indefinitely delayed, probably due to the producers looking for more alledged accounts to tell for the show.
shareNo. They don't delay for that sort of stuff. They only delay for money reasons. So the funds have either dried up or possibly negotiations are not going good.

Because there is no lack of people wanting to submit stories and be on shows. Lack of stories aren't a problem. Money and negotiations usually are.
shareI'm inclined to agree with Conjureman on this one, especially with SyFy's history for cancelling shows for budgetary reasons. With that being said, I love this show and really hope it hasn't come to an end already.

Lack of stories isn't a problem, for sure. That much I do agree on. However, the lack of *credible* and/or *compelling* stories from which a whole episode could be made, will, OTOH, always be a problem.

I was looking at the "news" section of Paranormal Witness and one of the articles says this: "Syfy has picked up two of its spooky unscripted series. Ghost Hunters and Paranormal Witness will return for their 10th and fourth seasons, respectively, in 2015."
So lets hope Paranormal Witness will air in the first half of 2015! :)
Not sure if this is new but there is now an entry for Paranormal Witness 2015. A single episode called the fireplace.
