Here is a (near) once in a lifetime chance, for any sceptic to pick up an allegedly haunted property, at an undoubtedly attractive, ultra bargain basement price, and all he/she has to do, to lock in profits, is simply live there for a year or so.

The sceptic has nothing to fear from any entities, because science has no room for such things, so when our fearless sceptic, who will (of course) experience nothing whatsoever paranormal about the property while living there (cf - for example - the current owners of "108 Ocean Drive" etc.), is ready to put it back on the market, then all he/she need do is publicly debunk (via newspaper interviews/radio etc.) *all* paranormal claims; and VOILA - your house is suddenly returned, with just a little luck, stratospherically upwards - to its true market price once again!

Ripe for a classic 'pump n dump', perhaps?

Hmmm, let's see what its eventual new owners shall, one distant day from now, say...
