It's just noise with a simplified primal beat and rhymes that sound like kindergarten kids.
OK, they are talking about adult subjects like criminal children with simple minds.
You use the term "song" loosely, but I get what you mean. Rap is ugly electronic thumping accompanied by angry young black men, with pants around the bottoms of their asses, chanting about ghetto concerns and criminality. It is intended to irritate mature adults of all races, not just white people. It succeeds perfectly.
