Alex said Dipper would feel more distant from his family after what happened and that'd explore more into his emotions and stuff with him through up coming episodes. Why do I have this itching feeling Bill will be involved with this? I can see him taking this opertunity to get his work rolling, he has bigger ideas to be plotting from what Alex is saying. What do you guy's think?

Agree. Dipper's trust with Grunkle Stan has been shattered. And he will be mad at Mabel since she chose Stan over him.
Dipper is going to be easy prey for Bill. I don't think Dipper will fall for any of Bill's promises after "Sock Opera", but he will certainly be susceptible to Bill's mind games.
I can see that happening as far as him growing distant from his family and it makes sense that he'd be upset with Mabel, but I hope that doesn't last too long. I think that his relationship with Stan will never be the same again and I can see it taking a long time to repair their broken trust. As far as Bill goes, I would love to know what he's up to and I can see him trying to form a rift between Dipper and his family and using that broken trust to his advantage.
There's a theory that Bill still has a hold on Dipper because of the last episode where his eyes elongate like Bill's when the portal opens and the screen goes white. But if you look closely, so do Stan and Soos's eyes. The only one who's eyes remain normal in that sequence is Mabel. While I'm not completely convinced that it means anything, it does make me wonder.
