The number code cryptogram thingy right at the end of each episode after the credits just before it cuts out?
Does anyone know what it means? Has anyone on the reddit or something figured it out? Or will it not be understood until right at the end when it's all over?

Every episode has a different message. Most of the time, it's a joke or reference to something in the show. Some times it will be a clue. A couple of the messages have said:
Welcome to Gravity Falls
Onwards Aoshima!
Sorry, Dipper, Your Wendy is in Another Castle
It works for Piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigs!
Search for the Blind Eye
What Kind of Disaster Indeed
The Original Mystery Twins
Also, there are many hidden codes in the episodes themselves. And at the very end of every Season 2 episode, and the Dipper's Guide shorts, there is an image that will flash on the screen that contain more secret messages.
