In the very very end of the final episode when we see how life goes on for the people in Gravity Falls, we see Soos as the new owner in the MysteryShack and guess who is working with him?
The girl from Soos And The Real Girl!!!!!! She said she had to move away so they just video-chated and now she is back! with him!

Even easier to miss were the two escaped Dipper clones in the end credits.

Speaking of clones, weren't there some unhatched Sev'ral Timez clones left over?

Also in the credits: McGucket and his estranged son are hanging out together (McGucket's raccoon wife is also there).
