Nice! Personally I'm more hyped for the journal but this looks pretty neat as well.
In general though, I wish Disney would make more merchandise for Gravity Falls. There's always a ton of merch everywhere for Pixar's Cars, Toy Story, and Finding Nemo/Dory franchises, as well as lots of Marvel and Star Wars and Frozen, but everything else can be sporadic and when it comes to Gravity Falls, it's definitely a bit lacking.

A nice attraction for the parks would be the Mini Golf Course as well as the Shack itself
