After watching the finale...
I don't think I've ever felt compelled to cry by want series finale. That really tugged at my heart strings! What a great ending to a fantastic series. Job well done.

shareI felt the tears coming on when they were helping Grunkle Stan restore his memories. A very well done and versatile show, using action, humor, mystery, and emotion throughout. I am both super impressed with the finale, and sad that I've now finally watched it and have to say goodbye to these characters, heh...
Cynicism is easy.
I want to know if that happens.
No, they don't.
Weird is the new normal.
They don't. But that doesn't mean it can't ever happen.
Reportedly, Alex Hirsch said that had he been given an 20 extra minutes, he would've given the background characters with more things to do. I'm inclined to believe that Pacifica could've shown hints of becoming the idea that Wax Larry King said: "Llamas are nature's greatest warriors." We could've even seen the earliest foundation of a crush that could blossom in the future. Time constraints stopped all of this.
Also in Journal 3, Dipper felt a vibe with Pacifica (I'm assuming she has as well, but we haven't read her thoughts) in the NWM episode. Not to mention he was in complete awe of her bravery.
Now add Gnome Gemulets with them denying any potential chemistry they had when they hugged, and I think Alex on twitter called Pacifica a very insecure girl.
I believe we'll see them again in the future.
There's definitely no arthritis in this group!
