Beechwood City Bistro

On this episode they were talking about how drinking behind the bar is illegal, it's illegal for bartenders to drink on the job. I've actually never heard this before, and considering how common it is, I'm surprised it's a real law. Or does this just depend on the state? The Beechwood bar is in St. Louis.

Reminds me of the movie Coyote Ugly where the boss encourages her bartender girls to get guys to buy them drinks. That's in New York, but I wonder what Taffer would have to say about that?

Finally, lol at "Tam Tam", the girl they fired in this episode. Her behavior as she left was about as lowbrow as it gets. She's on the sidewalk afterward screaming "F you then! F you! (pulls out boob) Whoo! Tam Tam!". Yikes.

Drinking Behind the Bar. In some states, it is illegal for a bartender to drink any alcohol while working. This includes any drinks bought for them by bar patrons. However, other states, such as California, leave the decision up to the bar management whether or not to permit bartenders to drink on the job.

Makes sense I live in California and I always see bartenders drinking that's why I always laughed when Taffer would harp on about it, Taffer sure tries hard to make it seem like it's illegal everywhere and no owners allow it anywhere.

Just a few of the things you're not allowed to do here..... Damn you for making me wonder what the laws were... LOL

I never considered #14 ~ It's just common sense..

#11 would have every bar fined as soon as all the phones were inspected for "obscene materials"...

BUT: You're allowed to "consume" for quality control . . and strip at a political (hello Donald & Hillary) function!?!?
