I realize they were trying to stay true to the Nawlins cadence but it was odd. See-ment instead of cement took many sentences to catch!
It wasn't see-ment or cement, it was semen. As in they used real semen to plug the hole.

I watch every movie with subtitles. It makes a huge difference and after a few minutes they don't even interfere or bother you.
