The safety mindset depicted is real which is exactly the main reason Obama pulled that moritorium which people from Louisiana never wanted to understand but it was the best thing that ever happened. I know those regulations saved lives. When was the last time you heard of choppers crashing on a weekly basis. How many people's limbs are going missing these days on a consistent basis like in the past. It needed to happen. They worked in a hush atmosphere for decades.
