Bellies
Anyone know how they did the pregnant bellies in this film? Was it makeup, prosthetics or CGI? I'm just wondering. Thanks!
shareWell I haven't seen it but they usually use a suit which the actress wears under their clothes. Kinda like a front backpack. They show one in "10 Things I Hate About You" lol
shareNot in this case, since bellies are shown bare. Were it CGI or prosthetic, it would have been very well made. I imagined they casted for the film a few very young mothers-to-be, pregnant in the early stages (an eight- or nineteen and a sixteen can look pretty much alike); the final scenes with the strollers could have been shot first.
shareOh yah they have prosthetics I recall seeing one in a clip for something else - it had like plaster and stuff and was made to look like skin on the outside. They have pretty advanced prosthetics stuff. But if they didn't show the actor's face at the same time then they might have just used a real pregnant belly yeah.
