When Luv kills Coco inside the station. He looked so helpless in his dying moment. It reminded me somewhat of the brutality of Tyrell's death by Batty in the original. Both showed a weakness of human trust by manipulation from replicants.
No ,he's human. There is a scene where he calls a replicant a "skin job". Also,how would Luv be able to brake his neck with a single blow so easily if he was a replicant? Maybe I'm wrong,but there is nothing to suggest he's a replicant IMO.

And yes his killing is super vicious. There is no build up to it or anything, Luv simply strikes him (effortlessly I might add) and that’s it for him. Yikes.
