Danny committee suicide. Frank got his liver. Was there anything behind this? Was there a set up? Malfeasance of any kind?
Also, the man before Frank on the recipient list died, was that a set up?
As far as the kid who commuted suicide, it was just random, no explanation or back story. As far as the man who was #2 on the recipient list, he had been #1 (& Frank was #2) until Doug Stamper strong armed the Secretary of Health & Human Services to bump Underwood up on the list.
