I am probably just missing something, can someone explain why Tyson doesn't count? Is it that he has to be part human because they didn't say that when they went through the prophecy, or right before Thalia comes back.

Tyson is the younger brother of Percy so that would be why Tyson isn't the one in the prophecy.
What the first reply said. Percy was the only living half-blood meaning part human part god Tyson is Poseidon's son but his mother was a sea nymph I believe not human so not a half blood.
