They pretty much are an accessory to murder.

They probably made a Plea Deal with the D.A. for the full confession.

They arent accesories to murder since both of them thought she was already dead. The only thing they could get charged with is obstruction of justice, which as someone said, they could get immunity for in a plea deal.

And what about Luke? His fingerprints must have been on Sarah's body, because he didn't wear gloves when he injected that insuline.
