3 am in Alaska?

In the McCain conference room meeting, it is stated that at that current time, it is 3am in Alaska.

Therefore, the time in conference room meeting is 4am in west coast, 5am in Mountain zone (Arizona), 6 am in central zone and 7am in east coast.

Why is there so much sunlight so early? Why don't you see jugs of coffee all over the table? Why do all the actors in that scene look like they've been awake for hours?

More than likely the meeting is occurring somewhere in Arizona due to McCain's home state. So, the meeting is occurring 6am. Although, the scene doesn't have the "feeling" of 6am. It just feels off.

More likely they were in St. Paul to get ready for the convention. And people who are at that level of the campaign team are workaholics, so it's not unreasonable to think that they'd wake at 4:30 every day.

Ignore the trolls!

Arizona is pacific time during the summer, so it would have been 4am there
