Won't there be a problem with the money from the movie? I realize it's her story, but seeing as he father is the main issue in it won't that be a problem legally? All her money was taken away before, a car that was made a gift long before anything happened got taken away (it was a nice car... maybe season 3). So wouldn't the government have an issue making money off of what her father did?

Caroline's story was sold to the movies. Caroline was not in prison. Her father couldn't make money to give her or use his earnings as gifts. Caroline's story was not her father's story.
